Water Restoration Bryan, TX

Blackhill Restoration was amazing to work with! We used them for a restoration project (water damage) and they were extremely professional and were also extremely quick. Scott and Hayden were efficient, polite and were very knowledgeable. They were very conscious of my budget and what was necessary vs what was not necessary to complete the restoration project. They did not overcharge me and provided me a very reasonable quote to fix my home. We’ve had water damage before and the company we chose to do the restoration charged us an arm and a leg. I wish we had known about Blackhill Restoration then!

They were fantastic. Had a pipe burst and they answered me within 5 minutes, I understand so many people are calling right now from these winter storms, so I was astonished we got service a couple of days later. They were quic and professional. worth every penny.

My daughter accidentally left her bathroom sink running (for god knows how long) and I came home to a flooded upstairs bathroom and a damaged office downstairs. My brother recommended Blackhill Restoration to me and called them on my behalf the next morning. I got a call from Lisa and she was VERY calm, caring, empathetic, and helpful. She quickly gathered my information and sent a technician to my home. Justin showed up promptly at 1 PM ( the exact time he said he would). He wore his mask (COVID) and got straight to work after explaining to me what he would be doing and assessing the damage. He was respectful of my property, and family. He moved all of the furniture and even had help from Tracy, another friendly and knowledgably technician. Fans were placed in the areas with damage and left for a few days. On the day of pick up, the fans were quickly removed and Justin cleaned up any debris, which I appreciated. The peace of mind I received from Blackhill was great and I am thankful for its guidance. I would like to thank the Blackhill team for everything!

Joe was the very best, anyone could ask for. Knowledgeable and understanding. In all of my past experiences, I don't believe I have ever been this satisfied! Joe and his crew of Justin and Cody worked very well together. If Joe, Cody and Justin are representative of Blackwell Restoration, I have no doubt, that this company has to be the very best for these type of jobs, hands down.

Joe has been extremely helpful throughout this process. He was very knowledgeable and he worked fast. He properly setup the equipment to avoid my children hurting themselves and he also cleaned all areas around his work space.

This experience after a water leak in my ceiling has been much more with pleasant with Blackhill! The Coodinator, Jennifer, has been extremely helpful, even giving me phone numbers to companies to get out here, plumbers, hvac and such! Her Team acted quickly! Joe was instrumental in pulling out all the damaged areas with courtesy and tactfullness! Joe even covered the exposed areas with plastic, nice and neat, until it can be repaired! I highly recommend this company!!!
